KY Ordinance No. 083, Series 2017 The law prohibits smoking in “any building or establishment, which is open to the public, used to host or hold a public event, or employs one or more persons who work on the premises.
KY Ordinance 16-2019 The City of Frankfort (“City”) has an ordinance in place that addresses and mitigates the risks associated with secondhand smoke in public areas. This includes the inhaling, exhaling, burning, heating, or carrying of any lit or heated cigarette, cigar, pipe, combustible tobacco product, electronic smoking device, or oral smoking device, such as e-cigarettes or e-cigs.
