16 Del. C. § 2903, to reduce exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and emissions from electronic smoking devices, smoking is prohibited in any indoor enclosed area accessible to the general public.
16 Del. C. § 2905, "Warning: Smoking Permitted" signs must be clearly displayed and well-maintained in areas where smoking is allowed according to § 2904(2) and (4) of this title. The responsibility for posting and maintaining these signs lies with the owner, operator, manager, or other individual in control of the area. The text on these signs must be at least 1 inch tall.
