Customization - such as printing a logo or company name - is applied in designated areas that do not interfere with the fluorescent background material or retroreflective striping required for compliance. Always verify that any customization placed on the vest does not cover or reduce the reflective tape or fluorescent panels, as doing so could void the vest's ANSI rating.

ANSI Class 2 vests are designed for work environments where traffic or equipment moves at speeds up to 50 mph and workers need to be seen from at least 1,280 feet away. They are the most common choice for road construction, utility work, and parking control.

ANSI Class 3 vests provide the highest level of conspicuity under ANSI/ISEA 107. They require more fluorescent background material and reflective striping than Class 2, covering the torso, shoulders, and arms in many designs. Class 3 is required for workers in close proximity to high-speed traffic (over 50 mph) or in low-visibility conditions such as nighttime work or inclement weather.
