C.R.S. § 25-14-204 A retail cigar-tobacco business must: (a) Prohibit entry by anyone under twenty-one years of age; and (b) Display a sign in at least one prominent location, measuring at least four inches by six inches, stating one of the following: (I) “Smoking allowed. Persons under twenty-one years of age may not enter.”; or (II) If the business permits vaping but no other forms of smoking, the sign should read “Vaping allowed. Persons under twenty-one years of age may not enter.”
