Popular Safety Vests
Our Safety Vests collection is built for workers who need to be seen. From lightweight mesh designs for warm climates to heavy-duty breakaway styles for road crews, every vest in our lineup is engineered around the ANSI/ISEA 107 standard for high-visibility safety apparel.
We carry solid, striped, and surveyor-style vests in lime green, orange, red, yellow, and blue — with multiple pocket configurations for tools, phones, and documents. Custom logo vests are available for companies that want branded workwear that still meets safety compliance. Options include hook-and-loop closures, zipper fronts, and multi-pocket utility designs.
Ideal for construction workers, traffic control personnel, utility crews, warehouse staff, and event personnel, our vests are sorted by ANSI class so you can quickly find what your application demands. Class 2 vests are standard for most daytime work environments, while Class 3 vests are required near moving traffic and in low-light conditions. Safety Vests FAQs
What is the difference between ANSI Class 2 and Class 3 safety vests?
Class 2 vests have more reflective material than Class 1 and are suitable for work areas with vehicle traffic up to 25 mph. Class 3 vests provide full torso coverage with sleeves or accessories, required for workers near higher-speed traffic or in low-visibility conditions.
Can I get safety vests printed with my company logo?
Yes. We offer custom imprinting text and logo options on select vest styles. Orders typically require a minimum of 25 units. Contact us for a custom branding quote.
Are these vests machine washable?
Most of our polyester mesh and solid vests are machine washable. Always check the care label, as repeated washing can reduce retroreflective performance over time. Replace vests when reflectivity visibly degrades.
What color safety vest is required on job sites?
ANSI/ISEA 107 requires safety vests to be fluorescent yellow-green, fluorescent orange-red, or fluorescent red depending on the performance class and application. Lime/yellow-green and orange are the most common on job sites. Specific industries or municipalities may have internal color policies — check with your supervisor or site safety officer.
