Code of Alabama § 13A-11-61.2 (c) The person or entity with authority over the premises set forth in subsections (a)(1)-(6) and subsection (b) shall place a notice at the public entrances of such premises or buildings alerting those entering that firearms are prohibited.

Sec. 16-22.2. - Carrying firearm on school property prohibited. (a)It shall be unlawful for any person to carry or have concealed about his person a pistol, shotgun, rifle, or firearm of any other kind of any air gun, air pistol or BB gun in or upon any property owned or under the control of the city board of education.
