Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-206 Under Utah law, a homeowner, primary occupant, or an individual with "apparent authority" to represent the primary occupant has the legal authority to evict a guest who has exceeded their allowed stay without the need for a court procedure, provided specific conditions are met. The primary occupant may either be a tenant or the property owner, as outlined in Utah Code Section 76-6-206.4.
