Track an Order

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification. To check the status of your order simply click on the link provided in the email.

If you did not receive the email or accidentally deleted it you can also view the status of your order on our site by signing in to your account and navigating to your order history. A “Track Shipment” link will also be available on orders that have successfully shipped. Clicking on the link will take you to the appropriate carrier’s tracking page.

You can also view the status of your order on the order invoice page which you can get to by clicking on the link of the order confirmation email received when you initially placed your order. A "Track Shipment" link will also be available on the page once the order has shipped.

Orders that include freight shipment or customer pickup will not trackable on any page.

If you’ve misplaced your order ID, please contact customer service and we will assist you in recovering your order number for tracking.
