Product Information

Details

This Warning Arc Flash and Shock Hazard Label uses the ANSI Z535.4 WARNING header with fillable fields for nominal system voltage, arc flash boundary, arc flash PPE category, and minimum arc rating of PPE, plus a checklist of arc-rated and additional PPE, equipment ID, and date of assessment. It's applied to equipment after an arc flash risk assessment, so technicians can record the assigned PPE category and check off the gear required for that specific piece of equipment — communicating the hazard, not replacing the PPE itself.
