        Product Information

        Rigid Material: Rust Free Aluminum

        • Multiple thicknesses available, .040" for safety signs, .063" for outdoor signs and .080" for parking and traffic signs.
        • Rust free aluminum signs usually coated white on both sides.
        • Graphics are digital or screen printed with UV inks.
        • Aluminum will not chip, crack or rust.
        • Aluminum is one of the most durable material options offered, with excellent resistance to harsh weather conditions.
        • Printed image will resist fading and mild chemicals.
        • Outdoor Durability: 5 to 7 years
        • Service Temp Range: -40°F to 212°F
        • Ink Features: Printed with UV Inks

        Engineering Grade (EG) Reflective Aluminum

        • These signs are made of a beaded material that resists fading and will not chip, crack, or rust. Signs manufactured with this material can last up to 7 years and service temperatures ranging from -40°F to 200°F. Our signs are highly resistant against the extremes of hot, cold, dry, and humid weathering conditions. Graphics on these signs will resist fading and mild chemicals.
        • Rust free aluminum sheet over laminated with Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting.
        • Graphics are printed using any of the following printing methods: translucent inks (screen printing), applied vinyl graphics and/or thermal transfer (digital printing); translucent ink or film is not applicable to the color black
        • Aluminum will not chip, crack or rust.
        • Printed image will resist fading and mild chemicals.
        • Outdoor Durability: up to 7 years (except orange)
        • Service Temp Range: -40°F to 200°F
        • Custom hole configuration: Available at an additional cost.

        High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Reflective Aluminum

        • Any sign laminated with this retro-reflective High Intensity Prismatic (Type III & IV) Reflective material is 3 to 4 times brighter than any Engineering Grade (EG) sign and can last up to 10 years outdoors. High Intensity Prismatic is the replacement material required by many State DOTs when posting new traffic signs. Our High Intensity Prismatic materials provide long-term reflectivity and durability. It has an outdoor life span of up to 10 years and a service temperature range of -40°F to 200°F.
        • Graphics are printed using any of the following printing methods: translucent inks (screen printing), applied vinyl graphics and/or thermal transfer (digital printing); translucent ink or film is not applicable to the color black.
        • Aluminum backing will not chip, crack or rust.
        • Printed image will resist fading and mild chemicals.
        • Outdoor Durability: 7 to 10 years (except orange)

        3M™ Diamond Grade (DG) Reflective Aluminum

        • 3M™ Diamond Grade™ (DG) (Type IX) Reflective Aluminum is 10 times more reflective than Engineering Grade (EG) sheeting, which makes it ideal for critical traffic signs at troubled intersections. 3M™ Diamond Grade reflective sheeting provides higher visibility than any other grade of reflective sheeting. It also meets specification ASTM D 4956-04, Type IX. 3M™ Diamond Grade™ Reflective Sheeting is a super-high efficiency, full cube retro reflective sheeting designed for signs that need to be highly visible in all light and weather conditions. It offers a clear, continuous visibility from all angles. This sheeting is designed to have the highest retro reflective characteristics at medium and short road distance. It has an outdoor life span of up to 10 years and a service temperature range of -40°F to 200°F.
