Details
According to the Colorado Revised Statutes § 18-4-201, notice forbidding entry to private land must be posted with signs at intervals of no more than 440 yards. All entrances to the land must be posted as well. If there is a designated access road on the property, a sign should be posted at the entrance to the road that reads “ENTERING PRIVATE PROPERTY REMAIN ON ROADS”.
This Bilingual Colorado Private Property Sign features the required text and comes with two 3/8” center mounting holes in the top and bottom of the sign to allow for post mounting, fence mounting, and wall mounting. An English only version is also available.
