Master Lock Part# 498A. This Latch Tight™ portable group lock out box is made from a durable powder coated red finish steel with an easy-to-grip plastic handle. It accommodates up to 12 workers with the 12 available lock openings on the box, plus there is room for lockout hasps to be stored in the box. The idea behind the lock box is that each employee would place the key from their lockout point into the box and authorized employees would lock one personal safety lock onto the box and remove it only when work is completed. The Latch Tight™ locking mechanism prevents keys from being accessed until the last padlock or hasp is removed. The lock out box is labeled in English, Spanish, and French.
