NFPA Flip Placard

Our NFPA diamond flip placard signs alleviate the need for multiple hazard identification signs by combining the various NFPA symbols and hazards in one modular sign. Simply flip to the desired hazard and symbol configuration to identify different hazardous materials.

The NFPA 704 diamond flip placard is used for communicating the hazards associated with materials, which helps to ensure the safety of those who handle, transport, or work near such materials. It is usually displayed on the exterior of a storage container or transport vehicle carrying hazardous materials, so that emergency responders and other personnel can quickly assess the risks associated with the material in case of an accident or spill. The flip placard allows the user to change the numbers for each of the four sections based on the current hazard level.

Engineered with durability in mind, these signs are made from solid aluminum and have stainless steel clips to help withstand various weather conditions, and the clear protective panel holds the pages in place. These signs meet the NFPA 704 diamond standard and help identify potential chemical, fire and health hazards using the NFPA hazard identification system.
