SafetySign.com’s 60 lb. Circular Rubber Portable Sign Stand is ideal for parking lots, crosswalks, guard booths, malls, industrial or construction sites, or anywhere else portable signs might be needed. The sign bases are designed to withstand high winds and extreme weather conditions, making them perfect for outdoor use throughout the year.

Each base is manufactured from 100% recycled rubber, features wheels, and is capable of mounting any size sign up to a 48” diamond. Choose from either a 5’ white PVC post or a 6’ green u-channel post. The white PVC post is the best option for those looking for an aesthetically pleasing post and includes brackets and hardware to mount one sign. The all-purpose u-channel post offers room for a bigger sign or even multiple signs. It includes one bolt set to mount one sign.

Your new portable sign stand ships in two different packages: one package for the rubber base and a second package for the post of your choice.

PVC post diameter is 2” by 5 feet long. 2 zinc brackets provided, brackets can mount a single sign.

Base Configuration / Installation & Mounting Hardware

• Made from 95% recycled rubber tires and 5% polyurethane binder.
• Mount Signs with 2 (3/8" dia) holes, 1 top and 1 bottom.
• White PVC Post: 1-7/8" dia (supplied with white cap)
• Able to withstand extreme temperatures without cracking or drying.
• Durable 5” diameter wheel with 1/2” steel.
• 16” wheel seperation for added stability and ease.

Step 1

Turn base upside down.

Step 2

Proceed by inserting U-Channel adapter through the bottom of the base opening

Step 3

Hammer down adapter until it is flush with the bottom of the base.

Step 4

Turn base over and attach U-channel post to adapter using mounting hardware supplied with adapter

Sign mounting brackets (with hardware included)

Step 1

Insert PVC post into base opening. Make sure post goes as far in as possible, preferably flush with the bottom of the base.

Step 2

Mount brackets to back of sign (Make sure threaded part of bolt is facing outwards, as seen on the illustration below)

Step 3

Widen the opening of the bracket and make sure it wraps around the post.
