Note:
90 Degree Extruded Blade U-Channel Post Street Name Sign Brackets are designed to be used with 2 lbs./ft., 3 lbs./ft., and 4 lbs./ft. U-channel posts. The 90 degree name refers to the way in which the sign mounting part of the bracket sits at a 90 degree angle with the flange of the U-channel post.
The opening on the bracket is 7/8″ deep and 5/16″ wide, which easily accommodates the 1/4″ thick extrusion of the extruded blade sign. 5-1/2″ and 12″ wide brackets are available. The 5-1/2″ bracket is ideal for 6″ tall street signs with lengths up to 24″, and the 12″ bracket is best suited for all 9″ tall street signs as well as 6″ tall signs with lengths of 30″ or more.
Each 90 degree extruded blade street name sign bracket includes two bolts for attaching the bracket to the post, and set screws for securing the sign to the bracket. No holes are required on the street name sign for installation. A 5/32″ hex key is necessary to tighten the set screws.

Street Name Sign Bracket - 90° U-Channel Post Bracket
The 90° U-Channel post bracket works with 2 lbs./ft., 3 lbs./ft., and 4 lbs./ft. What is the difference between the 90° and 180° bracket?
As you can see from the photos below, the 90° bracket holds the sign so that it is perpendicular with the flange of the post. The 180° bracket holds the sign so that it is in line with the flange of the post. Seeing how your post is installed will help you determine which bracket you will need to choose for mounting your street name sign.
