Custom Safety Scoreboards with Text or Custom Image Upload Option

Create your own safety scoreboard easily by adding custom text and add your own image or business logo. These signs are available in three different sizes and multiple material options. The default mounting hole configuration for these signs is 4 corner holes for wall or fence mounting.

Rigid Material: .060 White Polystyrene:

  • High Impact resistant plastic, outstanding material for silk screening.
  • One of the properties of Styrene is its low weight, ideal for many applications.
  • High impact polystyrene comes with a matte finish and is an opaque white color.
  • Polystyrene is a rust free, chip and crack resistant treated (treated for digital and screen printing) plastic.
  • Graphics are digitally or screen printed with UV inks.
  • Printed image will resist fading and mild chemicals.
  • Outdoor Durability: 1 to 2 years
  • Chemical Resistance: Most minerals oils, organic acids, alkalis, salts and alcohols.
  • Ink Features: Printed with UV inks
  • Printing Process: Screen or Digital
  • Over laminate: Clear Overlam on Number Area.
  • Sign Features: Square corners with 4 mounting holes.

Rigid Material: 20 Gauge White Painted Steel:

  • The thickness of the sheet metal is called its gauge.
  • The gauge of sheet metal ranges from 30 gauge to about 8 gauge. The higher the gauge, the thinner the metal is.
  • White Coated Steel will not chip, crack or rust.
  • Steel is used for safety scoreboards because magnets work on steel but not on aluminum.
  • Graphics are digitally or screen printed with UV inks.
  • Printed image will resist fading and mild chemicals.
  • Outdoor Durability: 4 to 5 years
  • Ink Features: Printed with UV Inks

Sign Construction:

These signs are available in two different materials:

  • .060 Impact Resistant Polystyrene (Plastic)
  • 20 Gauge White Painted Steel
    • Graphics are printed with UV inks.
    • Hole configuration is illustrated below, these safety scoreboards are supplied with 4 corner holes.
    • Scoreboards have been designed for the following application: wall mounting.
    • Printed image will resist fading and mild chemicals.
    • Record the injury free days on the signs with water soluble markers* or pre-printed number sets (number sets are sold separately).
Safety Scoreboards Configuration

Vinyl Numbers Card: Part No. R4961

  • Vinyl Number Cards are manufactured with 3.5 mil adhesive back vinyl film.
  • Numbers are printed Black on White.
  • 10 numbers per card: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
  • Character height: 2”
  • Card Size: 2-1/4 x 13-1/8”
  • Vinyl Numbers are sold 5 cards per package

  • Magnetic Numbers Set are printed on .030 White Magnetic Sheeting.
  • Numbers are printed Black on White.
