Fluorescent Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting Mounted to Double-Sided Plastic Frame
A high efficiency, microprismatic retro-reflective sheeting permanently adhered to a both sides of a plastic frame. The fluorescent color provides higher visibility than ordinary (non-fluorescent) colors. It has excellent visibility at wide entrance and observation angles, and meets the requirements of ASTM D4956 Type IX. It is 10 times brighter than standard Engineering Grade sheeting, and will remain effective for up to 12 years.

The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) does not provide specifics regarding the use of certain text heights at certain distances in order to improve legibility.
