Custom New Mexico No Trespassing Sign

According to the New Mexico Statutes § 30-14-6, the owner of real property shall post notices to prohibit persons from trespassing or entering upon the property without permission. Signs must be printed in English, be at least 144 square inches in size, contain the name and address of the owner of the property, and include and specific prohibitions such as “no hunting,” or “no fishing” where applicable.

This New Mexico No Trespassing Sign complies with those message requirements and should be placed along the boundary of the property in a conspicuous place. Multiple sizes and material are available as well as an English and Spanish bilingual version.

.023" thick Polyethylene Plastic

  • Polyethylene is a rust free, chip and crack resistant plastic (in white or yellow) treated for digital and screen printing. Graphics are either digital or screen printed UV inks. Polyethylene signs are an economical alternative to aluminum signs, without significant compromise on durability.
  • Graphics are printed using any of the following printing methods: screen printing or digital printing.
  • Printed image will resist fading and mild chemicals.
  • Inks: UV resistant inks used when printing
  • Material Flexibility: bends easily without causing material fractures, could be molded to fit certain surfaces.

Rigid Material: Rust Free Aluminum

  • Rust free aluminum signs usually coated white on both sides.
  • Graphics are digital or screen printed with UV inks.
  • Aluminum will not chip, crack or rust.
  • Aluminum is one of the most durable material options offered, with excellent resistance to harsh weather conditions.

Compliance

N.M. Stat. § 30-14-6 B. The notices posted shall prohibit all persons from trespassing or entering upon the property, without permission of the owner, lessee, person in lawful possession or his agent. The notices shall: be at least one hundred forty-four square inches in size;(3) contain the name and address of the person under whose authority the property is posted or the name and address of the person who is authorized to grant permission to enter the property; (4) be placed at each roadway or apparent way of access onto the property, in addition to the posting of the boundaries; and (5) where applicable, state any specific prohibition that the posting is directed against, such as "no trespassing," "no hunting," "no fishing," "no digging" or any other specific prohibition.
