According to the Florida Statutes 810.09, construction sites should be posted with prominent no trespassing signs. The signs should read “THIS AREA IS A DESIGNATED CONSTRUCTION SITE, AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY”. For construction sites of one acre or less, the message text should be at least 2” tall.
