The following is included in every kit: (1) personal safety lockout pouch with adjustable buckle strap, (1) red keyed different thermoplastic safety padlock with a 1-1/2" (38 mm) shackle clearance, (1) circuit breaker padlock, (1) 1" steel lockout hasp, (1) circuit breaker lockouts for tall or wide toggles, (2) 120 and 240 volt circuit breaker lockouts for standard and double-size toggles, and (12) 3-1/8" x 5-3/4" Danger Do Not Operate lockout tags with a 7/16" brass grommet.
