Create professional English and Spanish bilingual safety tags by adding your specific hazard information along with images. Our 3-1/4 x 5-5/8" safety tags are constructed of 15 Mil Double-Sided Matte Vinyl with ⅜″ Brass Grommet and include a 7.5” black nylon tie rated for 50 lb. of pull strength. The tag image shown on the right is for preview purposes only. Actual product may appear slightly different.
