Custom Do Not Start Photo Lockout Tag (25/Pkg)

Create professional photo lockout tags by uploading a photo and adding your name and other important information to your tags. The tag image shown on the right is for preview purposes only. Actual product may appear slightly different. Self-laminating tags only have lamination on photo side of the tag.

We offer a non-laminated 15 mil matte vinyl, and a 15 mil matte vinyl with a 2 mil self-laminating flap on the photo side of the tag. All tags include nylon ties that meet OSHA's 50 lb. strength requirement.

Standard mounting holes are included on each custom sign and are pre-selected below. Options for no mounting holes as well as other mounting hole arrangements are available for a small upcharge. These options carry an additional cost because they require a different production method.

15 Mil Double-Sided Matte Vinyl with ⅜" Brass Grommet and 7.5" Black Nylon Tie

Tough 15 mil thick matte vinyl is made for indoor and outdoor use, with a metal grommet eyelet that is ideal for rough handling and multiple uses. String is included for easy attachment.

15 Mil Double-Sided Matte Vinyl with 2 Mil Clear Polyester Self-Laminating Flap and ⅜" Brass Grommet + 7.5" Black Nylon Tie
