Master Lock part# 429. The dual jaw aluminum lockout hasp is ideal for workers who need versatility on the job. Made from spark resistant aluminum, this hasp features a 1" (25 mm) and 1-1/2" (38 mm) inside jaw size, and accepts up to 8 padlocks. Overall dimensions are 2" x 5-7/8in (50mm x 149mm).
