Sec. 2. - Hygiene. Modified
The following personal regulations shall be enforced:
- Showers. All persons using the swimming pool shall take a cleansing shower bath before entering the swimming pool. A bather leaving the pool to use the toilet shall take a second cleansing bath before returning to the swimming pool room.
- Diseases. Any person having an infectious or communicable disease shall be excluded from a public swimming pool, semipublic swimming pool, spa pool, and public bathing place. Persons having any considerable area of exposed sub-epidermal tissue, open blisters, cuts, etc., shall be warned that these are likely to become infected and advised not to use the pool.
- Conduct. No running, boisterous or rough play, except supervised water sports, shall be permitted in the pool, on the decks, diving boards, floats, platforms, or in dressing rooms, shower rooms, etc.
- Notices. Suitable placards embodying the above personal regulations and instructions shall be conspicuously posted.
