    Will I receive an invoice in the mail?

    Not automatically. A Printable receipt is available at the end of the checkout process.

    This receipt contains all information about your order. If you would like an invoice mailed, please request it when you place your order in the special instructions field.

    Does Safetysign.com charge sales tax?

    Safetysign.com collects sales tax in our home state of New Jersey. Sales tax is automatically added on to your order during check out if you type in a New Jersey ship to address.

    If you believe you are tax exempt, select "tax exempt" to remove the tax, then fax (800-279-6897) or mail your exempt certificate. Safetysign.com cannot processes your order until that exempt certificate is provided.

    Is there an order minimum for online purchases?

    The $25.00 minimum order is waved for purchases online.

    How do I know Safetysign.com received my order?

    When you checkout and place your order you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes.

    On occasion, a credit card will be disapproved for a variety of reasons. In those situations you can either call us toll free 800-274-6271 or we will contact you when your order is reviewed for release into our system.

    How do I change an order I submitted to Safetysign.com online?

    Because orders are processed immediately, we are unable to accomodate order changes or cancellations; erroneously ordered items must be returned after delivery.
