You can search for products in a variety of ways. Type a word, phrase or part number in the search window found at the top left of every page. and click "Search".
You can browse by category and choose from the drop down of related sub categories shown on the left side of page.
Once you see the desired sign/product, select it by clicking on the View/Order button, you then will view the products range of sizes and materials.
Type a quantity adjacent to the material you’d like and click the "add to basket" button, those items will be added to the shopping cart.
How do I order a customized product?
Every category displayed on the top navigation will open up a page full of custom signs ready to be customized. Or click on the link on header for Custom Products.
To create custom signs an application on the website will open up, to be able to utlize this custom tool / wizard, you must have installed the Adobe Flash Player version 10. Most computers come with it installed, some older computer will need to install it or update it to version 10. Click here to download the Adobe Flash Player

Can I add special instructions to an order?
Yes, you can add special instruction to an order on the check out page along with your shipping information. Special instruction can also be place on each custom created product.
Which credit cards do we accept?
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, we also accept Brimar Net 30 terms, refer to "How to open a Net 30 Account" page
Can I view a previous order?
You can only view your order history if you opened an account at checkout. Previous orders can be viewed by going to the Order History under My Account page. Clicking on any of the hyperlinks in the order history area will load a printable copy of the e-receipt for the order. This e-receipt contains all the information in the system about the order except shipping or other status. The order status or tracking number is display next to the order number.
Guest checkout does not offer the option to view or to track your order. We recommend opening an account at checkout, it allows you to view, track and reorder from previous orders.
Can I reorder products?
Using the Reorder page, you can quickly reorder items that you have previously purchased. A button which loads the Reorder page is located at the top of your My Account page.
How can I see my order history?
You can view previous orders by going to the Order History page. Order history can be found under My Account page.

Will I receive an invoice in the mail?
Not automatically. A printable receipt is available at the end of the checkout process. This receipt contains all information about your order. If you would like an invoice mailed, please request it when you place your order in the special instructions field.
What will be charged to my credit card?
Safetysign.com will charge your credit card the exact amount that appears on your order confirmation for product, tax and shipping. If you select tax exempt status and do not provide a tax exempt certificate within 24 hours tax, will be added onto your credit card.
Opening a Net 30 Account: Step 1
Download and fill out the credit application in full and fax it to 800-279-6897.
Make sure to mark or specify the website where you want your Net 30 to be set-up.
Opening a Net 30 Account: Step 2
Once your application is received, it will go through an approval process.
This approval process typically takes 5-8 business days depending on the response times of your trade references. When you are approved, you will receive an e-mail with your account number (10-digit alphanumerical code) and security code (4-digit number). Keep this information in a safe place as it is needed every time you order from SafetySign.com.
Opening a Net 30 Account: Step 3
How to use your Net 30 Account for the first time.
1. Account is needed at checkout time.
2. The Brimar Net30 option is available as another credit card option, only that it will ask for 2 numbers intead of 3.
3. Account number is case sensitive, type account number as it was supplied to you by Brimar. (10-digit alphanumberical code)
4. Security code is a 4-digit number.

Already have an existing Net 30 account with Brimar?
Setting up your existing Brimar Net 30 Account for use on this website is easy. Simply call Brimar at 800-274-6271 or fill out the Contact Us Form to request your Net 30 account to be set-up online as well.
We will then set up your account for use on SafetySign.com, and email you your account number and pin. Make sure you save this information, since you will need it every time you order from this website. Once you've received this information, follow the steps above for using your Net 30 account online.
What is my credit limit?
Your credit limit will be emailed to you along with your account number and pin. If you have lost this information or would like to confirm your limit, please contact Customer Service at 800-274-6271.
