    This is not a call center; you can speak to the same person each time you call. If they can’t answer your question they are backed up by managers with combined experience of 75 years.

    Does SafetySign.com make other products?

    If you don’t find the exact product you require we’d be happy to quote on your exact item. More than 50% of SafetySign.com work is custom.

    We pride ourselves in providing solutions, not just products. Our manufacturing includes: screen, flexographic & digital printing, laser & rotary engraving, hot stamping, die cutting and laminating, etc.

    Can I get a sample of a product?

    Yes, simply fill out the contact us form and request samples of the products you are interested in.

    Will I receive an invoice in the mail?

    Not automatically. A printable receipt is available at the end of the checkout process. This receipt contains all information about your order.

    If you would like an invoice mailed, please request it when you place your order in the special instructions field.

    Does SafetySign.com charge sales tax?

    SafetySign.com collects sales tax in our home state of New Jersey. Sales tax is automatically added on to your order during checkout if you type in a New Jersey shipping address.

    If you believe you are tax exempt, select "tax exempt" to remove the tax, then fax (800-279-6897 or 973-340-7809) or mail your exempt certificate. SafetySign.com cannot process your order until that exempt certificate is provided.

    Do I have to fax over my tax exempt certificate every time?

    That depends on your tax status and the type of certificate you provide. A blanket resale certificate or an exempt organization only has to send it once.

    Also, if you are a recurring customer, we already have your information on file. There is no need to fax your tax exempt certificate every time.

    How do I know SafetySign.com received my order?

    When you checkout and place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, within a few minutes.

    Please beware, some email servers block almost everything or first time emails from unknown servers, these blocked emails most probably will not reach destination, or they will be filtered and go directly to you Junk Folder or Deleted or Quarantine List.

    On occasion, a credit card will not be approved for a variety of reasons. In those situations, you can either call us toll free 800-274-6271 (973-340-7889) or we'll contact you when your order is reviewed for release into our system.
